Tournament Confirmation Letter Must Have the Following Information
- Estimated number of players.
- Final count or number of players one week before the tournament. That is the guaranteed number of players.
- A $200 deposit is required and is nonrefundable. Payment by check only.
- Tee Time options to be agreed upon:
- Shotgun
- Front & Back
- Consecutive on Front or Back Side
- Does Tournament want to reserve a Pavillion? (yes/no)
- Will the tournament require additional carts? (yes/no)
